However, it has to be remembered that such factors as the type and functionality of the designed interior, scope of conducted works or style of the interior selected by the investor, also have an impact on it. If a quick execution is very important for the client, then we will try to shorten the time needed to prepare the interior design.

A turnkey project is an order which consists in handling the supervision over executing the project. It is worth to take advantage of such an option for example in the case of the lack of time to personally coordinate the renovation works. A precise scope of commissioned responsibilities in case of a turnkey project is determined with each client individually. At the investor's wish we will handle the renovation work, orders, and deliveries of materials. All actions handled by us in terms of a turnkey project are executed in accordance with the deadline and conditions agreed in terms of the contract.
